Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned leader with deep expertise across a variety of multi-sided marketplaces, Ania joined Taskrabbit as chief executive officer in August 2020. Ania brings more than 20 years of experience in global business operations and strategic planning, as well as a passion for making everyday life easier for everyday people. Guided by Ania’s leadership and in partnership with IKEA, Taskrabbit continues its growth and expansion across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Taskrabbit, Ania was with Uber, where she led courier operations for Uber Eats. Before this, she spent several years in key roles at Airbnb, developing targets and strategy for North America business operations before leading the growth of host services.

Previously, Ania was with Walmart eCommerce, focusing on strategy and partnerships, and with Expedia, concentrating on the brand’s growth into central and eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, Ania held several consulting roles, including Booz-Allen & Hamilton and L.E.K. Consulting.

Ania holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of South Dakota and an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and their three children. Together, they love to travel and enjoy hiking, rafting and biking.

Amy Ming Zhang

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO at Taskrabbit, Amy Ming Zhang is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions as well as the development and implementation of the overall financial strategy. Amy is a seasoned business leader that is committed to ensure the right level of financial discipline across the company and to drive towards sustainable profitable growth.

Amy’s career spans 25 years of varied experience in financial management, retail operation, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Taskrabbit, Amy spent 18 years in IKEA, where she held various leadership positions in retail operations and strategic management in three countries, including the U.S., Australia and China. Amy’s last position was CFO at IKEA China.

Amy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children, and together they enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, and exploring different vegetarian foods.

Jeff Prus

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Jeff leads the Product and Design teams at Taskrabbit, building exceptional experiences for clients and Taskers. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jeff is a seasoned leader who has grown and developed Product and Design teams across numerous industries, including financial services and consumer services.

Prior to Taskrabbit, Jeff led product management, user experience, and member services teams at Zipcar, as well as product management and experience design teams for Intuit’s QuickBase division through to its sale to a private equity firm. Prior to Intuit, Jeff was Vice President of Product Design at Vistaprint (a Cimpress company) where he was responsible for strategy and product management for Vistaprint’s online graphic design platform and managing its global team of technology product owners, customer strategists, and graphic designers.

Jeff is a double alumnus of the University of Michigan. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. Jeff lives for the summer and enjoys boating and fishing on Cape Cod.

Ron Forrester

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Ron leads Taskrabbit’s engineering organization. With over 30 years of software development experience and more than a decade leading technology and engineering teams, he has a strong performance history of driving technical innovation and execution. Ron is passionate about people leadership and working to unlock the incredible potential of diverse teams aligned to common goals.

Ron came to Taskrabbit from Blue Nile, where he was the CTO leading the technology organizations and setting the strategy for a platform transformation throughout the jewelry retailer. Prior to that, Ron started his leadership journey leading the engineering teams at Nike, where he was responsible for a variety of key initiatives, from the brand's activity apps like Nike Training Club, to the complete transformation of Nike's retail and wholesale e-commerce web and mobile experiences. He also supported the teams which envisioned and developed the award-winning SNKRS App, which provides extremely high scale, fair access to limited inventory products like high-heat sneakers. The SNKRS app and its technologies brought a level of scale never before seen in the retail industry, as tens of thousands of consumers entered lotteries for very limited run, highly sought-after retro-sneakers.

Prior to Nike, Ron was a senior software engineer at several successful security-based start-ups in the Pacific Northwest. He has extensive experience building cloud-native architectures supporting premium digital experiences and the consumers that use them.

In his personal life, Ron enjoys photography, mountain biking, music, building and restoring retro-computers from the ‘70s and ‘80s, and camping and traveling with his family and their pets.

Eric Haymond

VP, Business Development

As the Vice President of Business Development at Taskrabbit, Eric leads Partnerships, IKEA and New Business Development. Eric leads Taskrabbit’s global Partnerships organization, including our biggest partner IKEA. His team focuses on the successful implementation of current partners and innovates new ways for clients and Taskers to interact with the Taskrabbit platform.

Before joining Taskrabbit, Eric spent twelve years at IKEA, where he held various leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for IKEA North America. In this role, Eric led corporate strategy, expansion, digital development, and sustainability. Eric also spent time in leadership roles for Nordstrom and Gap Inc.

Eric received his B.A. from Utah Valley University. Eric lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and three daughters, and together they enjoy traveling, visiting the theater, and exploring nature.

Tamara Rosenthal

VP, Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Tamara leads Taskrabbit’s global marketing team including growth, lifecycle, PR, communications and content. As a top-level marketing strategist and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience, she has developed and executed data-driven marketing strategies and processes for marketplaces such as Viyet (acquired by Sotheby's), global luxury-retail brands such as Ferragamo and Lacoste, and start-ups such as ideeli and Fashion to Figure.

Tamara possesses a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics that are at the intersection of technology and experience. Prior to Taskrabbit, she was the first-ever VP of Marketing at Viyet, an online marketplace for buying and selling vintage furniture, antiques, accessories, and art, and ultimately drove the startup through its subsequent acquisition and rebrand to Sotheby’s Home and then Sothebys.com Buy Now vertical. Across other previous roles, Tamara has established a proven track record of formulating and launching innovative, cross-channel marketing programs, customer experience, and communications strategies, helping drive brand exposure, customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention for brands of all sizes.

Tamara holds a B.A. in French Literature from Cornell University and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in marketing. She lives in New York City with her two kids and her husband. They enjoy living it up in NYC and taking advantage of the vibrant restaurant and theater scene. They also love skiing, baking, singing and dancing, and of course, binging the latest shows on Netflix.

Chi-Yi Kuan

VP, Data

As the Vice President of Data, Chi-Yi leads the Data function at Taskrabbit and is responsible for driving strategy and technical leadership in data science, machine learning and data engineering, and data execution at scale. His team’s vision is to transform Taskrabbit through data. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Chi-Yi is a seasoned leader and has grown and developed data science teams across numerous domains, including B2C, B2B and marketplace companies in the sharing economy, social network, eCommerce, travel and retail space.

Prior to joining Taskrabbit, Chi-Yi successfully led data science and analytics teams through various stages of growth at Outdoorsy, OYO, LinkedIn, eBay and DemandTec (an IBM company). In prior roles, he led data science and analytics teams to execute on strategic business initiatives, and ultimately helped these organizations become more data driven, profitable and reach sustainable growth. He combines deep expertise in analytics and data science with business acumen and dynamic technology leadership. He also advises companies on data science to transform high-throughput data into data-driven business decision-making and is a frequent speaker at conferences in the U.S. and Asia.

Chi-Yi holds an M.S. in Statistics and an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and their son. Together, they enjoy adventures in food and travel.

Jenna Costa

VP, Operations

As VP, Operations, Jenna leads the global Taskrabbit commercial business comprised of the Regional Management and Customer Success teams. Operating at a hyper-local level, these teams are responsible for managing our portfolio of revenue streams, rallying the entire organization around our biggest priorities, and driving overall business results. They increase customer engagement, effectiveness, and supply optimization across the global marketplace.

Jenna has more than 13 years of global operations experience, eight of which have been spent in Operational leadership positions at Taskrabbit. Jenna joined Taskrabbit in 2014 as our Head of US Tasker Community. Since then she has been responsible for our supply management strategy, successfully scaling our Tasker community over 1,400%. Jenna has played an integral role in Taskrabbit’s growth throughout the years, leading expansion waves across the US and Canada, and partnering closely with our IKEA partners through the 2017 acquisition and subsequent assembly partnership. In 2020, Jenna became our General Manager for the North American business. Prior to Taskrabbit, Jenna spent many years growing Merry Maids franchises on the West Coast.

Jenna studied Political Science and Journalism at Arizona State University. She lives in San Jose, California with her husband, two children, and beloved rescue dog Hans. You can find her and her family taking advantage of California weather—they love spending time with friends and family at the beach or boating in Clearlake, CA.

Christopher Ager

VP, Business Operations

Christopher leads Global Business Operations at Taskrabbit. He brings 15 years of deep technology and marketplace experience, as well as a passion for the home services industry. His team is focused on marketplace dynamics, category management, and ensuring an excellent experience for all users across the TaskRabbit marketplace.

Christopher is a seasoned leader in complex marketplaces, and skilled in bringing together data-oriented teams to scale businesses while maintaining operational excellence. Prior to joining Taskrabbit, Christopher founded HomeBreeze - a managed marketplace for skilled tradespeople. Previously, he worked for Uber as one of the first General Managers on the Uber Eats team, and later built and led teams that led the Courier and Merchant sides of the Uber Eats marketplace for North America. Earlier in his career, Christopher held roles in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley and a number of technology start-ups.

Christopher holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife. Together, they enjoy traveling, food & wine, and slowly restoring their 1855 home.

Jessica Davila

VP, People Experience

Jessica leads Taskrabbit's People function and is responsible for cultivating a strong culture of connection, caring, growth, and impact. Her passion lies with ensuring all employees feel a sense of purpose that results in long lasting commitment to Taskrabbit's mission and vision.

Over the last 20 years, Jessica has created employee-first experiences through growth and scale, mergers and acquisitions, global expansions, and digital transformations. Prior to joining Taskrabbit, Jessica was the first-ever VP of People at Bread, a fintech startup, where she grew the company from 70 to 200+ employees in less than 2 years and led the company to acquisition by building a 3xs recognized best place to work and a best-in-class people function. She also held senior leadership roles at Hearst, TheLadders, and Sizmek overseeing HR across multiple offices throughout North and Latin Americas.

Jessica studied Psychology and HR Management at Baruch's Zicklin School of Business and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. When she's not in the board room advocating people-first strategies, Jessica is at home in New York where her 6- and 2-year-old girls own the boss's seat. Along with her husband and English bulldog, they enjoy skiing, playing board games, and having dance parties.

Ben Edelhart

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Ben is responsible for advising on, and driving strategy for, all regulatory and legal affairs for Taskrabbit. He is the primary legal advisor for Taskrabbit’s senior leadership team and board of directors. Alongside a seasoned team of legal and government affairs professionals, Ben’s mission is to provide targeted and strategic legal support for Taskrabbit’s products, clients and Taskers.

Ben has more than 15 years of experience providing strategic in-house legal support for transformative companies, building legal teams guided by a pragmatic and business-first approach. After completing his B.A. and J.D. degrees while working as a systems engineer for Visa, Ben joined Visa’s legal department, eventually becoming Vice President and Associate General Counsel, responsible for supporting Visa’s debit and merchant processing businesses. Following a 21-year career at Visa, Ben joined Uber to build the legal teams supporting some of Uber’s most strategic products. Most recently, Ben was the global legal lead for Uber’s delivery products, including Uber Eats, coordinating legal support across more than 20 countries.

Ben holds a B.A. in U.S. History from San Francisco State and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, 3 kids and 3 dogs. Together, they enjoy spending time in the Sierras, kayaking, paddle boarding and skiing, depending on the season.
