I thought the appointment was for 8-12. She changed it to between 10 and 11, then arrived at 11. She needed to transfer important data to an excel sheet but didn't know excel that well. There were a few mistakes. I found out midway she wasn't copying and pasting, but manually typing. I did tell her what the document was for, a mailing, but she didn't really care about how it was supposed to look in order for it to be professional. But she got it done, but took 9 hours to compile 250 addresses. But I'm glad it's done.
