Adrian is proof that there is still good in this world. My elderly grandmother was stranded in an LA hotel after a missed international connection. With no family close by, her limited mobility and being too frail to even open the heavy hotel room door, we were freaking out about how to get her the support she needed, and to get her back to LAX for her rebooked flight the next day. That's when we found Adrian - he showed up on time and stayed with my grandmother all the way through, taking her to the airport and making sure she was handed off properly to the airlines wheelchair assistance staff. Adrian kept in touch all through the process, and helped my grandmother make phone calls to family to reassure both parties. He was professional and kind all through the process, and we are deeply thankful to him for the mental and emotional relief he gave to all of us by being there for her. Thank you Adrian.
