Joy was very friendly (which is important) and flexible -- we had an end time but she offered to stay long to get more of the task completed. She was also very organized and thoughtful about the task. Our dog was being kind of in the way and she was great in dealing with him as well. Joy took photos of all my items and even organized them in a way that made sense without me asking her to do that. It was nice how she ran with the project and was smart about the way she was working.
